  I really like Eddie Bauer, but the employee who helped us was incredibly rude and arrogant. The website clearly says if you are not happy with a product you can return them. Patricia doesn't agree with that. She says it's only manufacturing defects, but the website says that no where. She told my husband to just throw away one pair of pants, because they didn't qualify. She needs to work somewhere else if she is not committed to holding the standards of Eddie Bauer.
